Mission | Warren Youth Basketball Association

The purpose of the Warren Youth Basketball Association is to organize, promote and manage a “first class” basketball program for the youth of Warren, New Jersey.
The primary objectives of the program are to:
  • Inspire our children to participate in basketball,
  • Practice the ideals of sportsmanship,
  • Learn the game of basketball,
  • Grow their skills,
  • Build self confidence,
  • Play as part of a team,
  • Have fun!
WYBA organizes both a Recreational and Travel program for Warren residents. Both are during the winter season (Nov-March) with try-outs (travel) and evaluations (recreation) held a few weeks prior to the start of the season. 
WYBA also organizes:
  • a Fall Clinic (September - October for 6 weeks) for boys and girls in 3rd through 8th grades.
  • a clinic for 1st and 2nd grade students that runs from January through March (10 sessions).
  • Buddy Ball, a program for special needs students that runs from December through March for 11 sessions.

If you are not currently members of WYBA, you can register you and your children on our website http://warrenyouthbasketball.org and your will receive emails when registration for a gender and age progarm is available for your children (be sure to include an email address in the students registration).
